General Info
All Groups Include:
-2 coached workouts per Week
- Training will Prepare you for your event.
-Mini Seminars covering:
Nutrition, Hydration, Mechanics, and Mental Preparation.
-Daily Training schedule
-Technical Shirt.
Fees:
Costs will very depending on program.
Discounts will be given to joing congruent groups.
Been in a previous group? Bring a friend and receive $10 off.
