Start out the new year with an adventure!

We are organizing a training group for several local trail races:
Annadel Half Marathon
Costal Trail Runs Ayala Cove (Angel Island)

Specifics:

15 Week program

Beginning: Sunday December 19^th
Ending: April ??

Training Includes:

-2 coached workouts per Week
Thursdays at 5:30pm
and
Sundays at 8am

-Mini Seminars covering everything you need to help you accomplish your goals including:
Nutrition, Hydration, Mechanics, and Mental preparation.

-Daily Training Schedule.

-Technical Training Shirt.

-Training group only events such as wear testing opportunities.

-Some incredible running on some of the best trails around.

Fees:

December 16th - January 15th: $100.

Our only requirement is your ability to run 5 miles in under an hour (12 minute pace)

Sign up in store or on-line

Participation in the race is not necessary.

This Training Group will be led by Kenny Brown. Boasting a personal best of 2:26:44 for the marathon, Kenny has been a top local runner for years, competing in distances ranging up to 50 miles including 9 Way too Cool 50k.s and all 7 Annadel Half Marathons. Not only does he put in the utmost effort in his own training, for years he has done his best to help others reach their potential as well.

We will also have a knowledgeable and experienced supporting staff on hand to help.
