Reminders:
This is a free social run, not a race with closed course and police control.
Please STAY on the sidewalks or to the FAR side of road when there are no sidewalks.
NO jaywalking!

Feel free to start before the “official” start time of 6 p.m. to reduce congestion on the roads and trails.
As always, be courteous to others biking or running on the trails and limit the space on the trails that you occupy.

Your safety on the sidewalks/bikepaths/roads/trails is a priority. Make sure you hae the proper safety equipment: Lights to see and to be seen.

What is a Pub Run:
It’s a fun, non-race, social run that starts at various pubs.

- Meet friends and fellow joggers.
- Product demos and fun prizes every week.
- Walkers and runners start between 5:45 p.m. and 6 p.m.
- The runs are approximately 5K in distance.
