Winter Training Group

This winter, Heart and Sole will be conducting a trail training group.

If you want to:
Challenge yourself with a new event
Explore the various trails and parks around Sonoma County
Meet new friends
Have an adventure
Then we have the program for you!

It does not matter if you are new to the trails or an experienced trail runner. You will get the training you need.

Specifics

15 Week program


Beginning: January 5th
Ending: April 14th

 

Info meetings:

Attending one of the meetings is not necessary but encouraged. December 29 (Thursday)7pm
January 3 (Tuesday) 7pm

 

Training Includes:

-2 coached workouts per Week
(Thursdays at 5:30pm and Sundays at 8am
Dont forget our Tuesday fun runs.

-Mini Seminars covering everything you need to help you accomplish your goals including:
nutrition, hydration, mechanics, and mental preperation.

-Daily Training Schedule.

-Technical Training Shirt.

 

 

Fees:

Cost $100.

If you have been in a previous group, bring a friend to join you will receive a $10 discount.

In order to insure you get the most out of the program we have only 1 requirement: the ability to complete 5 miles under 1 hour (12 min. pace).

All our training groups are led by Kenny Brown. Boasting a personal best of 2:26:44 for the marathon, Kenny has been a top local runner for years, compeating in distances ranging up to 50 miles. Not only does he put in the utmost effort in his own training, for years he has done his best to help others reach their potential as well.
