15 Week program
Beginning: January 5th
Ending: April 14th
Info meetings:
Attending one of the meetings is not necessary but encouraged.

Training Includes:
-2 coached workouts per Week
(Thursdays at 5:30pm and Sundays at 8am
Dont forget our Tuesday fun runs.
-Mini Seminars covering everything you need to help you accomplish your goals including:
nutrition, hydration, mechanics, and mental preperation.
-Daily Training Schedule.
-Technical Training Shirt.
Fees:
Cost $100.
If you have been in a previous group, bring a friend to join you will receive a $10 discount.
In order to insure you get the most out of the program we have only 1 requirement: the ability to complete
5 miles under 1 hour (12 min. pace).
