Build your running fitness with our 10K training group!
Join a group of awesome, motivated women for Heart & Sole's first women's 10K group.
We are dedicated to creating a supportive environment for women of all shapes, sizes, and experiences.

No advanced running experience required, but it is helpful if you can travel (run or run/walk) at least three miles.

Friday, March 17, 6:00 p.m.

Program Includes:

-3 coached runs per week
Monday/Wednesday: 6 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m.

(Don't forget our Tuesday fun runs!)

Nutrition, Hydration, Footwear, and Mental Preparation

- Daily training schedule

- Technical Brooks training shirt

Coach Whit

Coach Whitney is a dedicated runner and triathlete with years of racing experience.
She loves to coach our women's groups and wants to help everyone meet their goals.
She also has an unabashed love of chocolate and french fries. She's so excited to lead the 10K group this spring!
